Wattala Good News Fellowship Church – Pr. Prasanna

There had been an incident at Good News Fellowship Church in wattala last week where pastor Prassanna had been building a Montessori in the church premises. A group of priests of another religion along with some police officers had come and forced them to stop construction without giving any reason. Pastor Prasanna had inform this to the ADC office. The next day some general overseers had met with the ADC layer to get advice on the matter. After gathering all information, the team of overseers had gone to meet the SP of the Crime Division of Gampaha police the next day and informed about the incident. He had been very helpful and had immediately instructed the Wattala police to avoid any un-justice and to do a proper investigation and sort out the matter. Wattalla police had adhered to this instructions by the SP and have sorted the matter and have given permission to continue construction work at the church without any interference.

ADC well appreciates the assistance given by the government officials when dealing with these matters and being fair and just.
