Head of Administrative Department
The Administrative Department supports the effective operation of the office by establishing clear procedures and maintaining organizational discipline. It coordinates interviews for prospective ADC members, authorizes member-requested letters, manages responses to correspondence, and ensures smooth communication and efficient administrative processes throughout the organization.

Head of Social Services Department
These two departments work together to ensure the well-being of pastors, church members, and the wider community. Pastoral Care and Welfare Department – Responsible for providing care and support to pastors and church members, including welfare programs and active participation in important personal milestones and church-related events. Social Services Department – Organizes and manages church-led social service projects, ensuring they align with approved administrative work plans and effectively address community needs.

These two departments play a key role in the smooth administration and coordination of ADC operations. Documents Procurement Department – Collects, verifies, and submits all required documents of new pastors, ensuring proper registration and accurate record maintenance under the ADC Head Office. Event Organising Department – Plans and coordinates all official ADC events, providing proper documentation and logistical support for meetings, gatherings, and other official functions.

Dean of ADC School
The Education Department manages the ADC school’s curriculum, teaching faculty, examinations, certifications, and spiritual education activities, including ordinations.

Pr. M.A.N. Costa
Head of Development Department
The Development Department focuses on expanding the church network by connecting with new churches and maintaining relationships with existing ones. It ensures proper documentation and supports church development efforts across the regions.

Pr. A. L. G. Susil Ranjith
Head of Media and Publications Department
The Media Publication Department prepares official statements for the Apostolic Diocese of Ceylon based on information approved by management and provided by the Administration Department. Once finalized, each statement is forwarded to the media spokesperson for publication, ensuring that all communications are accurate, authorized, and aligned with the church’s official position.

The Legal Department handles all legal matters related to the church, coordinates with legal advisors, and ensures compliance with legal requirements in all church activities and administration.
